Temporary Business closure due to Covid-19

Dear Customer/Supplier,

Following the rapid escalation of COVID-19 virus and the unprecedented restrictions imposed by the UK government on Monday 23rd March 2020, we have taken the difficult decision to temporary close our business to minimise the possibility of further transmission of the virus and to protect the health of our staff and families.

The business shall close on the 3rd April 2020. We will be monitoring the situation closely and following government advise, but the earliest date by which we will be fully open for business is 27th April 2020.

During this period, we will not be accepting any unscheduled deliveries that were due to take place and it will be necessary to review/amend existing orders.  These are currently under review and you will be notified of any changes over the next few days.

We trust you understand the need for this action and can assure you that normal service will be resumed as soon as possible after any such event.

We will be monitoring emails and will respond when possible, but please be aware we can only offer a limited service whilst the Company is shut.

During the shut down we will be providing limited monitoring for urgent customer service only. In the case this applies to your situation please email the details to sales@atkinsonequipment.com and mark the subject *URGENT CUSTOMER SERVICE*. Due to the current circumstances please allow 2 working days for a response
